How often will you actually visit?

It depends on your plan. Essentials includes one inspection per year. Premium and Business include two — one in spring, one in fall. We schedule visits to match seasonal plumbing needs (post-winter leak checks, pre-winter pipe prep) so you get value when it matters most.

What if something breaks between visits?

Members get priority scheduling on every emergency call — meaning we get to you faster than non-members during peak times. You also get 5-15% off every repair (depending on plan), so the savings stack up fast if anything does go wrong.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel before your annual renewal date and you won’t be charged again. We’d rather earn your renewal every year than trap you with fine print.

Does the member discount stack with promotions?

We honor whichever discount is greater. So if a seasonal promotion offers 20% off and you’re on the Premium plan (10% member discount), you’ll get the 20% promo. You never pay more as a member than a non-member.

Do I need to be home during the inspection?

For full access to interior fixtures, yes. Most visits run 60-90 minutes. We schedule around your availability and keep your appointment window tight — we won’t hold you hostage with a four-hour window.

I rent. Can my landlord enroll for the property?

Yes. The membership belongs to the property, so a landlord or property manager can enroll. We work with whoever holds the keys and coordinate access with tenants directly.
